Please include the Vellichor version, your iOS or iPadOS version, your device model, and a description of what happened. Do not attach a copyrighted or sensitive book unless we explicitly ask for a minimal sample you are permitted to share.

Importing a book

Open the Library, use the add button, and choose an EPUB, PDF, or text file through Apple’s document picker. Some scanned or unusually formatted PDFs may not keep their original structure.

Narration

Narration is prepared on your device, so the first sentence of a new book can take a moment while the app gets ahead of you. Tap a paragraph to start listening from that point, and choose a narrator or playback speed from the player.

Purchases

The lifetime unlock is a non-consumable App Store purchase. If an earlier purchase is not recognised, open the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Apple manages charges, receipts, and refunds. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for billing and refund requests.

Deleting local data

Books and prepared audio are stored in Vellichor’s app container. Delete an individual book through its actions in the Library. Deleting Vellichor removes its local app data according to iOS behaviour.
